Inverted Luxe orders are shipped USPS 

Orders typically take up to 3-4 business days to be processed. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. Once your order ships you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

Where is my Order?

To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Inverted Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Double check your shipping address is correct before placing your order. 

Lost/stolen packages are non-refundable. 

Once your order leaves our facility, it is at the liability of USPS. If your package says delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office and file a claim through USPS as instructed. We cannot file claims on the addressee’s behalf. 



Mail Carrier Returned Orders

If a package is not able to be delivered by USPS it will likely be returned to sender (Inverted Luxe.) Please note these packages may take 5-7 business days to return to us. Once we receive the package we will attempt to redeliver the order. Processing of reshipment takes 3-4 business days 


Shipping Delays

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Due to COVID-19, delays are possible. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
