RETURN POLICY

Items bought on invertedluxe.com can be returned for a store credit refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued via store credit, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned. 

The return confirmation number is only valid for 7 days after delivery. If we receive your return beyond the 14 days it will not be accepted

All returns require a valid return confirmation number. The return confirmation number and return instructions, including the shipping address, will be emailed back to you.

Please note that all Clearance items, Accessories, Swimwear, and Intimates are a Final Sale.

In the event your item is damaged or defected [we truly apologize!] Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange.

Email us at info@invertedluxe.com so that we can send you a Return Confirmation form. Fill out the information email us the form and place one in the package you are shipping back.

Is my item refundable? Yes, for store credit; however, some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Note items must be in brand new condition, free of any stains or odors. Final sale items are not refundable

Do I have to pay for return postage? Yes, we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost in route back to us. 

How long does it take to process my refund? Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of us receiving your parcel. You will get an email with store credit information that you can use on your next purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel does process. 

When will I see the funds back into my account? Store credit email will be sent to you via email.
